Where are you based?

We are UK based.

Why don’t you sell more brands?

Finding genuine UA suppliers is extremely difficult, therefore it limits us to what we sell right now. We are always looking to expand our product range, but only by using trusted suppliers.

Do the shoes come with the original box?

Yes they come with the original box,any extra laces and dust bags etc. We bubble wrap and double box the shoe boxes to maintain the box quality.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 7-12 business days. Orders take around 5 days to process at which point the tracking numbers will be emailed. After receiving your tracking number your order should arrive within 3-5 business days.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we provide Worldwide delivery.

Do you sell in bulk?

Yes for any bulk enquires please email us or contact us by DM on Instagram.

How can I pay?

What is your return policy?

Returns must be made within 14 days of you receiving your order. Full refunds will be given for orders which have any quality issues or if we have sent you the wrong product or size from what you have ordered. We will cover the return fees and provide you with a full refund or exchange, depending on what you choose, once we receive the goods, as long as they are in the same condition they were sent in.
For all other returns, customers will be given the option of an exchange or full refund, but customers will be responsible for covering the costs of postage. We recommend using a signed-for delivery method, as we will not be responsible for lost goods.
All returns will be made to our UK office. If you want to return an order, please fill in the returns form below or alternatively, you can email us at – info@uasply.com and you will be advised further. Please do not hesitate to message us if you are unsure about the sizing for any products and we will assist you in choosing your size to avoid returns.
For all other returns, customers will be given the option of an exchange or store credit, to be used at a later date. Customers will be responsible for covering the costs of postage and we recommend using a signed for delivery method, as we will not be responsible for lost goods.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. We send out tracking information via email after orders have been processed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but we must be informed via email within 2 hours of your purchase.
